Use a pea-sized dose on clean facial skin: twice in week 1, alternate nights in week 2, then nightly if tolerated. Use SPF 20+ each morning; avoid intense sun. Avoid eyes, lips, irritated skin and other retinol products. For redness, tingling or dryness, pause for several days and reduce frequency. Stop and seek medical advice for severe persistent irritation. Rinse eyes with water after contact. Follow the packaging instructions.
